It took a couple of weeks for the blue king oyster mushroom grow kit to get started, but the absolute joy of watching it grow was something else. Like watching the veggies in your garden grow but much more fun.

Looking in the cupboard in the morning to see what had transpired over night.

It was just amazing the different stages from more of a mass, to watching the individual mushrooms form and the change in colour.
