Recipes for three king mushroom dust

🍛 1. 3 King Umami Lentil Stew

Flavour: hearty, meaty, earthy

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, diced, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tsp thyme, 1 cup green or brown lentils, 1 tbsp 3 King mushroom dust, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 4 cups vegetable broth or water, 2 carrots, chopped, Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. 2. Stir in thyme, tomato paste, and mushroom dust. 3. Add lentils, carrots, and broth. 4. Simmer 30–35 minutes until lentils are soft. 5. Adjust seasoning. Serve with bread or over rice.

 

🧂 2. 3 King Mushroom Dust Seasoning Salt

Use: Sprinkle on roasted vegetables, avocado toast, or popcorn.

Mix & store:

· 2 tbsp sea salt, 1 tbsp 3King mushroom dust, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder

· Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or dried thyme

 

🍜 3. Quick Umami Noodle Bowl

Ingredients:

· 1 block ramen noodles (or soba, rice noodles),1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp 3King mushroom dust, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, Chili flakes or oil (optional), Steamed greens or tofu for topping

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles, drain. 2. Toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, mushroom dust, and syrup. 3. Top with greens or tofu and serve hot.

 

🥣 4. 3 King Savory Oatmeal (a.k.a. "Oatmeal Risotto")

Ingredients:

· 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 cup water or plant milk. 1 tsp 3King mushroom dust, Salt and pepper, Toppings: sautéed mushrooms, green onions, chili oil

Instructions:

1. Simmer oats with water and mushroom dust. 2. Cook until thick and creamy. 3. Top with savory toppings and a drizzle of oil.

Recipes for premium dust

🌿 1. Ultimate Umami Mushroom Broth (Vegan Dashi)

Use: base for soups, hot pots, or noodle bowls.

Ingredients:

· 1 tbsp oil. 1 onion, chopped. 3 garlic cloves, smashed. 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced. 1 tbsp premium mushroom dust. 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari. 1 tsp miso paste (optional).  4 cups water

· Optional: kombu (for ocean-like depth)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until lightly browned. 2. Add water, mushroom dust, soy sauce, and kombu if using. 3. Simmer for 20–30 minutes. Strain. 4. Stir in miso paste just before serving for extra body.

 

🥗 2. Mushroom Dust Tahini Dressing

Use: grain bowls, roasted veggies, salads, or as a dip.

Ingredients:

· 3 tbsp tahini.  2 tbsp lemon juice. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp premium mushroom dust. 1–2 tbsp warm water (to thin). 1 small garlic clove, grated. Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Whisk everything together. 2. Add water gradually to desired consistency. 3. Drizzle over roasted veggies or nourish bowls.

 

🧄 3. Umami-Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

· 2 cups mushrooms, halved. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp premium mushroom dust. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.  Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Toss mushrooms with oil, garlic, mushroom dust, and balsamic. 3. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once. 4. Finish with fresh herbs or lemon zest.

 

🍚 4. Savory Mushroom Dust Congee (Vegan Jook)

Ingredients:

· 1 cup jasmine or short-grain rice. 6 cups water or vegetable broth. 1 tbsp premium mushroom dust. Salt to taste. Optional toppings: scallions, fried shallots, chili oil, tofu, pickled veggies

Instructions:

1. Rinse rice and simmer in water/broth with mushroom dust. 2. Stir occasionally for 45–60 minutes until porridge consistency. 3. Add salt and toppings to taste.

Black mushroom dust recipes

1. Umami Mushroom Dust Popcorn

Ingredients:

· 1/2 cup popcorn kernels, 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter, 1 tsp black king mushroom dust, Salt to taste, Optional: garlic powder, nutritional yeast

Instructions:

  1. Pop the popcorn in a pan or air popper. 2. Toss with oil/butter, mushroom dust, and any optional seasonings. 3. Serve warm.

 

2. Mushroom Dust Ramen Broth (Vegan)

Ingredients:

· 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tsp ginger, minced, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp black king mushroom dust, 4 cups vegetable broth, Optional: miso paste, chili oil

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant. 2. Add broth, soy sauce, and mushroom dust. 3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over noodles with toppings. 3. 

3. Umami Boosted Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:

· Mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, etc.), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black king mushroom dust, Salt & pepper, Optional: thyme, rosemary

Instructions:

1. Toss vegetables with olive oil, mushroom dust, and seasonings, 2. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–35 minutes until golden and crispy.

 

4. Black King Mushroom Salt

Ingredients:

· 1 tbsp black king mushroom dust, 2 tbsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in a small jar. 2. Use as a finishing salt for eggs, avocado toast, steaks, fries, etc.

 

5. Umami Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

· 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp maple syrup or sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp black king mushroom dust

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Toss with stir-fried veggies, tofu, or noodles.
